Yoga classes in December

After a 2 week holiday with my husband's family in Denmark, I'm back to sunny Florida. Thursday mornings at the Hester Wagner Community House will continue with a slight change in time: we will be starting class at 10am instead of 10.15am. Please take note of new class time. I will continue to honor Yoga Center class cards until the Christmas Holidays, so please feel free to drop by. New students and beginners are always welcome for a drop in fee of $8.
Additionally I will begin teaching at The Zen Room in Cocoa Village twice a week. Join me for Prenatal Yoga on Wednesday mornings at 9.30am ($10) and regular Yoga classes on Saturday mornings at 11.30am ($8).

Morning Yoga in the Village

For all who live in Melbourne Village or within a comfortable driving distance, join us for morning Yoga at the Hester Wagner Community House (next to the pool). Gentle, Moderate, Power, Yin Yan, plenty of options to choose from. We will be honoring Yoga Center class cards throughout November. See you there!
