It's time to wipe the dust off this blog and get out the yoga mat. Our daughter Emma turned 3 months on May 26th and mommy is itching to get back to her normal life.
The past 3 months have flown right by as Emma and I have gotten to know each other. My yoga practice has suffered a little during these months as my body struggles to regain its strength and flexibility. Yoga teaches us to accept ourselves with compassion so that's what I'm trying to do.
My prenatal yoga mommies had their babies this Spring too. Congratulations to Shannon and Becky on the birth of their beautiful babies: Kane and Sarah!
With nannies high in demand, I've decided to start a mommy and baby yoga class so that I can bring Emma along. All mommies can bring their babies starting at 8 weeks up to 1 year. Please keep in mind that it will be mommies responsibilities to keep their babies comfortable and safe.
