BEAM Yoga DVDs completed

I'm happy to announce the completion of the 4-part BEAM Yoga DVD series. BEAM Yoga (which stands for Breath, Energy, Alignment and Movement) is a unique approach to Yoga created by experienced Yoga instructor Linda Morse. The DVD series was produced by a talented group of video-makers, including Robert Perry and Thomas Wingo. Music was composed by Brett Perry and stills were created by Kevin Roberts.

Many thanks to everyone who participated in this project, especially to the students who volunteered their time and energy.

Having fun

One of the great things about Mom and Baby Yoga is that our babies get to socialize while their mommies practice yoga. We always involve the babies, specially when they are fussing and wanting our attention.

Due to my trip to Venezuela, I will be taking a break during the month of September. Mom and Baby Yoga will be back to its regular schedule starting October 1rst. Every Friday at 10.30AM.

Emma and her friend Sarah play while their mommies stretch and relax.
