This upcoming Friday November 5th both Cathy and I will be participating in an Ashtanga Yoga Workshop which will be held at Downtown Yoga in Melbourne. Due to this, the Prenatal Yoga (5.30 pm) and Yoga (6.30 pm) classes will be canceled.
Regular classes will continue as usual.

Adults' class on Fridays at The Zen Room
Some of you have asked me whether I'm teaching any regular adult yoga classes. Starting this month I will be teaching on Fridays at 6.30 pm at The Zen Room. No babies! Only adults :)
