About me

My name's Andre and I recently became a mom! I'm also a 200-hr certified Yoga instructor. I started practicing Yoga over 10 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. Since then, I have studied under a wide variety of teachers in Argentina, Venezuela, Japan, India and US. I have trained in different styles of Yoga including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Kripalu, and BEAM Yoga. I have also studied Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Vipassana meditation. I'm currently studying yoga techniques that can be practiced with babies and how yoga and baby massage can improve our babies' health and well-being.
